The Ventura Art and Street Painting Festival is a fundraiser for local charities hosted by Ventura County Art Events, Inc. Each year talented artists and street painters from across California to paint their masterpieces along the waterfront of the Ventura Harbor.

Consortium Media was entrusted with developing a comprehensive social media marketing plan with targeted press outreach to promote the 2019 Ventura Art and Street Painting Festival.

What We Did

Consortium Media boosted event awareness for the Ventura Art and Street Painting Festival through strategic social media management, paid social advertising, and lifestyle/event publication press outreach. The ultimate goal was to drive traffic to the two-day event and help raise funds for the local charities supported by the festival.

Social Media Management: Our strong social media marketing plan included strategic advertisement development paired with custom content designed for boosting engagement and directing web traffic to the client Facebook page, event page and website.

Public Relations: Consortium Media utilized our list of targeted media outlets to secure press placements in both online and print publications for Ventura Art and Street Painting Festival including the Los Angeles Times, Calabasas Style Magazine, and the Ventura County Star.

Result: Overall, Consortium Media generated over 169,135 digital impressions and $156,371 in Paid Advertising Equivalency throughout the 3-week campaign.
