PODS® Moving & Storage

Franchise Building: A WHITE BOX WITH A RED LABEL

"The wisest decision we made was to partner with Denise Bean-White and her team at Consortium. CM+PR has been our partner since the day we opened our doors. We immediately implemented their suggested "5 Pillar" approach in an effort to get our business up and running. While we saw immediate results, the 5 Pillars began to set us up for long term success."

Our Challenge.

Consortium Media transformed PODS®, an unknown franchise, into a thriving brand, handling over 50 franchises globally. Through strategic brand development and community engagement, CM secured PODS®'s largest sales increases and deepest penetration.

The Work

Local PODS Moving & Storage has continued to give back to more than 100 organizations and charities throughout the Tri-Counties since opening its doors in 2005. In honor of their 15-year anniversary, owner Steve Yapp wanted to do something special – Local PODS donated $1500 to a local charity every month for the year of 2020.

As one of the most successful franchises in North American, PODS has donated over $1.5 million in logistics, providing PODS containers, trucks, fuel and employees for dozens of Central Coast charities including Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ventura County, Casa Pacifica, The City Center, Ventura Education Partnership, the Ventura Neighborhood for Learning, Santa to the Sea, Storyfest, Artwalk,  and Veterans Stand Down events.

The Results.
